Processing Time
All orders are handmade and processed within 2-3 weeks. This might be able to be reduced if you send me an email at hello@solosaber.com!
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States and to some locations internationally.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Issues
Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (International Orders)
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
