How Rentals Work

1. Choose your rental item(s)

Select any rental-eligible, non-customized Solo Shot Saddle products and enter your event date at checkout.

2. Checkout includes two parts (rental + deposit)

At checkout, you’ll see:

  • Rental Price (what you pay to rent the item for your event window)
  • Refundable Security Deposit (added as a separate line item)

This deposit helps us keep rentals available in beautiful condition for every event. It’s also more transparent — you’ll know exactly what is refundable.

3. Receive your harness a few days before your event

Your item arrives ahead of time so you can practice with your pup and feel confident.

4. Enjoy your event!

Use your Solo Shot Saddle during cocktail hour and let your dog shine as the ultimate barktender, flower pup, ring bearer, and best friend.

5. Send it back by specified return date (10 days total)

After your event, return the harness and rented attachments using the prepaid return label provided. Please send it back by the specified return date when purchasing the rental, in the same box it arrived in.

6. Deposit refunded after inspection

Once your rental is received and inspected, we’ll refund your security deposit (minus any applicable deductions for loss or damage beyond normal wear).

Return Guidelines

Harness and rented attachments must be returned:

  • in the same box
  • Using the prepaid shipping label
  • By the return-by date included with your order

Items must be returned:

  • Clean (please vacuum or lint roll to remove pet hair)
  • Undamaged
  • Free of excessive wear

If an item is not returned or is returned damaged beyond normal use, the security deposit may not be returned.

Customized items are yours to keep and are not eligible for rental or refund, including:

  • personalized tip jars (pet names, wedding names, dates, etc.)
  • custom or engraved accessories
  • Made-to-order or specialty color or floral pieces

These items will always be charged at full price, and you'll know in advance! You won't be able to select a rental window when purchasing.
