Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@solosaber.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For non-defective returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both return shipping and the cost of shipping any replacement item).


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In these cases, we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement with no fees.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds & Fees

  • Order cancellations (before shipping): Subject to a 20% fee to cover non-refundable payment processing and platform transaction costs.
  • Returns after shipment (non-defective): Subject to a 20% processing & restocking fee, plus the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Exchanges (non-defective): Customer is responsible for return shipping and the shipping cost of the replacement item.
  • Store credit option: At our discretion, store credit may be offered instead of a refund; however, the 20% fee may still apply.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
